Thanks for that info. Actually, after I was filled the ask was reflecting 50 cents for a fair amount of time and then dropped to 40 cents.

This stock has the kind of float I luv.

I found SWRL an interesting stock, but looking at it further, I decided to pass.

It is essentially a captive division of RMCF as they own sixty percent of SWRL. They have replaced management and have moved SWRL into their headquarters. This makes me wonder how much they will care about SWRL investors as they are minority investors in the stock. What also bothered me is the nine percent loan that RMCF has with SWRL. The interest rate seemed to me to be too high and disadvantageous to SWRL investors.

A possible scenario will be that RMCF will eventually buy-out SWRL for all the synergies that have been mentioned. But since they can dictate the terms and merge the companies to their advantage I have decided to pass on SWRL stock. But I will certainly try their product some day.
