To Frank and others: I have e-mailed Kim three times in the past week asking for information on the insider selling and today I also asked about the downgrade. Kim, who has called in the past has not replied to my requests for info this week. If she does call does anyone have any specific questions (remembering that company is in its quiet period). I spoke with a broker at A.G. Edwards today and was told that the firm has not lowered its 98 EPS forecast of $1.80 and is forecasting $1.28 EPS for 1997. (I didn't ask if this is a revision from previous estimate). IAW this broker the downgrade today (by another brokerage firm) was the first seen since October. (Heaven help us in the short term when the downgrades do come).
