In my opinion his U6 is a more accurate gauge of how employment seems to me versus the gov't stats. 'Seems' is somewhat anecdotal, but includes a lot of stuff I read. I simply use it as a gauge. It is the 23% number he has which I have absolutely no opinion on, nor need to pursue. I think his CPI numbers are far more credible than the gov't and ring true to me at least. Again, I just use it to get a gauge on what's really going on since I don't trust the gov't's figgers.
