Turley is a liberal, but he knows the constitution. That is why he has been outspoken about Obama's abuses of power. You prefer a dictator or monarch of sorts. That isn't the way the country is supposed to operate.

So, what should Congress do when the president just goes off on his own and does things that there is no legislation to support?

Do you understand about the separation of powers stipulated in the Constitution? Do you think it is a bad idea? If so, why do you think the Framers were wrong?

You could, at least, explain your position -- if you have an explanation at all.
