As far as I'm concerened, that means $10,000,000 of Zonagen's cash is going in the toilet. However, If what you say is true then I'm not surprised. Since the officers and insiders can't directly divert the company's money directly into their own pockets, the next best thing is to use that money in a hyped-up stock buyback. That way they directly benefit by selling their own options at temporarily inflated prices. So what's next on the agenda? Are they going to pull the same stunt as HVSF? "Uuuuh...VASOMAX is not effective in treating ED so we're...ahhh...we're retargeting it for the treatment of jock itch! Yeah! That's the ticket!!"
