If Russia said it had a "national security interest" in Ukraine then it would be justified and the US wouldn't since we have no "National security interest" in Ukraine.

By your reasoning, Russia was totally in the right in putting missiles in Cuba.

For the record, we were meddling in the ME long before Saddam. But, like most warmongers here, you like to pick and choose which history point justifies your craving for dead Arab children.
