JBIL:

outlook is bullish....
Recent Developments.
Fears about Asian financial turmoil and earnings pre-announcement
comments from some of our customers have led to speculation on
adverse impact to our future business. We think this speculation is
not well grounded, because we do not produce the products
significantly affected by these developments.

-- Asia. The Financial decline of Asian economies is of
modest impact to us. We estimate that less than
six percent of our revenue is ultimately consumed in Asian
markets. The short-term effect of devaluation of the
Malaysian currency will be to reduce manufacturing costs
from our Malaysian factory. This could have the effect of
modestly increasing Malaysian income.

venkie, may I make a comment....
I done the sell cpq routine when I thought or even knew cpq would tank.
you hand the IRS a huge check and in my case end up in the AMT
case with more rip off.

May I suggest...just buy cheap puts on dell..don't even short...
most times a put for .50 to .75 turns into $10 or $20 a share....
you pay profit on just that and my cpq alway came back which mean I was just up a bunch and send the IRS less money and keep the cpq.
try it.

I don't think you will find a SINGLE ONE OF MY POST WHERE I SAID SELL DELL.

Donnie,

You can't figure this market. I guess prices got too good and money burns a hole in one's pocket, so everyone at once decided this was a good day to buy computer companies. I'm going to stay a little suspicious of this market for awhile anyway.

It won't stop me from buying in, but any hint of anything, and I'll be gone. And I think there are a lot of people thinking the same way, so be careful thinking the top is never ending.

Donnie,

We are all riding the same horse. You, Hank, and the rest of us all want to see DELL go to 110. You and I because we like profits. Hank because he just likes to sell more shares short.

So since it is unanimous, let's go!
