The claim is that discretion exists in the enforcement of existing immigration laws because there are choices that Obozo is required to make which are caused by a "lack of resources", which are allegedly not sufficient to enable implementing the law that exists...

Of course, that doesn't begin to explain why Obozo has ordered all of those resources that DO exist for that purpose only to NOT perform the functions they exist only to perform...

Seems lost on "brilliant" minds like CJ's who lap this nonsense up.
