No kidding ouch, between AWRD and my other lackluster holdings a got a nice margin call yesterday.

I agree with your assessment that a large player is bailing out. Maybe from the whole sector if PTEC and SYSF are getting hit too. The volume has been especially heavy for Award. I also wouldn't mind getting put into play on the as a takeover candidate, however, the float on this stock is very small in relation to the shares outstanding. The previous owners (before they went public a year ago) kept a bunch of shares in their own pocket. I would guess the intent of that was to make a takeover difficult or possibly just really expensive (which is fine by me). Although, I must say that management seems to be conservative while still making sure the business grows. I really like that combination in spite of the fact that the stock price is tanking. I really think holding on will reward everyone in the long run one way or another.
