FIRST OF ALL, YOU IGNORAMUSES...

Except for the descriptions of historical facts contained herein, this release contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties, as detailed from time to time in the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 under ''Risk Factors'' and elsewhere. Actual results could differ materially from those currently anticipated due to a number of factors including risks relating to product commercialization, such as regulatory, marketing, safety, patent, product liability, supply and other risks; uncertainties relating to clinical trials; risks relating to product launches and managing growth; government regulation, dependence on third parties for clinical development, manufacturing and marketing, competition and other risks.

THE DISCLAIMER SHOULD COME BEFOREHAND.

SECOND OF ALL - Littly Chucky Russell -

It is obvious that your little tantrum was heartfelt and sincere. It also, good friend, was laughable.

More often than not, a company's valuation rises and falls with the underlying value of said equity. Companies that report progress and earnings tend to be perceived as RICHER IN VALUE than companies that struggle and/or chronologically decline.

Peak's share price has NOTHING to do with this thread, Big Steve Stitle, or any OTHER SINGLE INVESTOR.

The downward spiral in this company's stock has EVERYTHING TO DO with the nincompoops (another new adjective!) associated with it and THEIR FAILURE TO DISPLAY even the marginal aptitude to execute a business plan.

Trust me, I'm so fed up I'd run this bastard into the ground if I could. (And I own shares). Alas, I cannot. I am but a small, simple investor and the failure with this company will be directly linked to the empty promises and abysmal, continuous guffaws (that's goof-ups, buddy).

SO - IN THE FUTURE - If YOU intend to whine and cry, get in your little hip Geo Metro and take your unshaven self on over to Dougie's house...The Kleenex's, at last report, were almost gone.

Good Day.
Amen.

First, I am not an employee of Peak. Sorry to disappoint. I do contract work for them, that is very true. I, like you folks am a shareholder. I hope this sets the record straight.

Secondly, what I posted wasn't any more nonsensical than what you and others have posted here. For someone who can dish it out, you certainly have trouble taking it. It's tough being on the receiving end.

I'm glad you and your broker had a busy day following up on my post. Struck a chord perhaps?
