Conspiracy theories aside, are not these CBs also required to publish their balance sheets like the US Fed is? But the Fed and other CBs are out there buying up SPY futures.. Without proof of any type, such as Snowden or another whistle blower, you have to take these comments with a truckload of salt.... most probably they are coming from someone who's probably missed a triple in the market.
