To Scott, First we are pleased to see an individual once again with Allan Jones credentials associated with Oilex. In some fields our areas of expertise will over lap. Baron-Marney Capital, Ltd. is in the business of providing investment banking, international merchant banking, general consulting, including strategic business planning services and investor relations for client companies. We have a working knowledge of international stock exchanges and requirements necessary for US companies to list directly or through a majority owned interest subsidiary listings. We have through our contact bases the ability to provide international financing through private placement, debt and equity. In addition to capital procurement BMC and it's affiliates provide M&A consulting, credit enhancement, asset based, expansion, both bridge and mezzanine financing. Baron-Marney can and will provide investor relation services when requested by it's clients. We are sure that our expertise will over lap and should.
