Further, both are so severely broke, there is literally no way those who are paying into the system today will have any chance of recovering the money they are paying in. Further still, SS & Medicare have been singled out (along with Obamacare and interest on the national debt) as THE REASON US deficits are "unsustainable." That is, they are tantamount to Ponzi schemes but for the fact the government has mandated that they not be deemed "fraudulent." Got anything else?
