Dakota, sorry but I don't know the float of the ADRs. I do my trades right here in Frankfurt.
I can imagine that there is not much liquidity in the stock in the US but hopefully this will change next year when SAP officially lists at the NYSE.

Dakota I think SAPHY is a one third value of the preferred stock in Germany. Should this be true the number of preferred shares available are probably limited in number. Contrary to what someone else stated, SEC requirements are a lot more stringent especially for reporting and insider sales. I hope this helps.
