I question the number of times Brown was shot. It seems excessive. A lawyer once told me that if I ever shot someone, to go ahead and kill him, as it made it easier for the lawyers to defend the shooter, with no live "victim".
I wonder if the Ferguson police get the same advice?

The only witness statements that were out of line with the physical evidence were ones critical of Wilson. And we have no independent statement of the physical evidence. It's simply not possible to know the "facts" here, given the way the grand jury was handled.
