That's the cure for Ferguson. Elect a 70% black leadership and hire a 70% black police force, and take race out of the picture. If it had been a black officer, he might not have shot Brown, and if he did, there wouldn't be any racial questions.

There was a big movement going on to register voters in the area after the shooting. It's not inconceivable that the prosecutor will be voted out of office next time, or recalled and replaced.

Let's hope this goes through. This case is going to call for lots of different policy results. Let's hope lots follow.
