Here's what I can't figure out. Why would RenCap sell their shares before any news--they must have heard something good is about to happen. And do you think we can have a decent runup with this many shares outstanding. Any opinions? Jan

I noticed your reference to Zweig and previous references on this thread to Martin Zweig owning this stock.
Because I am a Zweig fund holder (ZTR), I became finally overcurious
and called 800 272-2700 and asked the rep to confirm the position of this stock in any of the funds she handles.
She came back to me after 3 minutes and reported "no TPRO" investments. This clarified it for me. Perhaps, someone else may have some additional information like {if he sold it}?

Dear TM: I saw Zweigs name somewhere in the S-3. Is it possible they have owned stock prior to the PP? jdn
