I don't really want to wade into the middle of the fray, but you're the one who suggested we provide reliable sources of information. Giving ASND's press release version of an article containing information about one of their products is like believing the movie critic quotes in the movie ads without reading the actual critique. It's amazing how much the meaning can be changed when one selectively quotes an article. The Data Communications article mentioned in the press release is available at: data.com It is generally pretty complimentary to ASND (notice that ASND didn't mention that COMS also received the "Tester's Choice" award), but it's almost always better to go straight to the horse's mouth. It's also interesting to note that all of the management tools (touted in the ASND version) scored within one point of each other. ttfn
