"I think the grand jury was convened because everyone knew that people (like you, for example) wouldn't trust the prosecutor if he failed to charge all by his little self- even if he knew that was the right thing to do" Those same people were saying from the beginning that he would be the attorney for the defense, and were calling for the appointment of a special prosecutor by the Gov. They say a DA can get an indictment against a ham sandwich if he tries. This guy tried not to. "Kind of hard to establish probable cause if there isn't any" There are a lot of attorneys who are saying that shooting a surrendering suspect in the head 40-150 away from the car is probable cause.
