For the 99% the Recession has turned into a Depression. For the 1%, it's the best of years. Thanks to Obama and his decision to use Holder to let the banks off the hook, instead of winding down the criminal enterprises and putting the criminals in jail, our economy is now more heavily skewed towards the 1% than ever before. Our very Democracy is now more at risk than ever in the history of the US, because the voices of the masses are not heard and don't matter anymore. Everyone knows it too. It is no coincidence that our police forces, spy institutions, and other government apparati are increasingly being used against American citizens. Ferguson is just one more canary in the coal mine. The government is not the solution to inequality. It is the root cause. Wealth and opportunity won't ever be given to the 99% by the government. The only way is to limit government's involvement in the allocation of capital and that means putting the Fed in a straight jacket and making it mandatory for Congress to pass balanced budgets or fire them all every year they are unable to pass a budget, similar to Parliaments around the world where they disband them when they don't work and call for another vote. If we don't put the power back into the hands of the 99% soon, then this will continue to get worse and we will lose our Democracy. Economics and Democracy are inextricably linked. Right now, we're moving towards oligarchy and Dictatorship, along with a police state, and a curtailment of our basic rights and freedoms. That is what you have voted for and continue to defend.
