Glad you know when the "next regularly scheduled board meeting" is. Did I miss an announcemet? How about a special meeting to get this done, or doesn't anyone care? This company, at their current burn rate will be out of money in March, or sooner. I'll take your bet with the following proviso. They may start treating patients with LYM-1 at the centers already treating patients but there will not be one new center on-line in January. If you read the 10-Q do it in the bathroom with the bowl clean. It would be a pity to throw-up in a dirty toilet. In over 40 years of following management in small companies I have never seen a management team more intent on self destructing than Stone, Shepard, and Moding. When do you think Stone gets his next margin call? $2 or 2 1/4. Its going to happen any day now. And after they take his stock his car and house are going, too. I hope the Directors and Officers insurance is paid up. And Shepards' malpractice insurance, too!!
