FV, excellent post.

First, I suggest that nobody sell . Even if the stock becomes a .01 bagger, put the certificates in the basement for the grandkids, or use them for wall paper. . . just don't sell. Think about it, why would somebody sell all the stock in a company that they would have believed in the first place is beyond me??? And believing in a company and selling their stock for under a buck is absolutely stupid. It is either going to make it, or it is not. There is no in betweens here. It makes it, you accumulate, you own thousands of shares worth more than a dollar, hopefully a lot more. It tanks, you have some worthless paper that you bought for a portion of your income that you didn't need anyway, unless you are a gambler. In this case, get some help. MHO

I believe that if you research and buy into ten microcap companies, and nine of them fissle and die, the one that makes it will more than cover for the nine losers. Especially when one accumulates when it is risng, and refuses to sell on the slide.

SEC filing is most critical !!!! at this point. With respect to Monique, I have a feeling she will be dumped very soon. Look for good things from Mr. Rose. Just a hunch.

If your in NETZ for the long call your certificates it will stamp out anyone using your stock to sell short NETZ. Another group in SI did this and if I recall correctly it had the effect of running the stock from about twenty cents to over four dollars. ( I think it was OVIS but it's symb was changed to r??? )

Today I found that the ecoMedia site has much more information on it now. Or it is working better than when I first visited it a couple of weeks ago. Here are the sections I suggest a visit to if you have not.
