Ultimate 'defensive approach' would have been to load other 1/2 on CY yesterday at 7 1/2, averaged down but not full bore, up 15% today.

Hey, maybe that's it, other tech are moving and atml IS stuck, well stuck always becomes upstuck. While your tech post is good, the big moves of stocks are quick. Actually ATML has probably bottomed, the reason I say this is I used to use a broker who was a technical analyst. He would always say at the REAL bottom "looks like more downside", I missed a lot of big trades with him.

The reason I switched was ATML was stuck as much as additional risk.

Frank,

Seems you were right about ATML, perhaps it will hit 15 yet, as for me after some thought regarding your commnets of earnings 'risk' back in middle dec. I moved on. In this market seems to have to buy after the crash, or before good earnings, it's a tough market.
