It isn't hate mongering at all. The jury generally follows the prosecuting attorney's lead. The old thing about ham sandwiches and indictments, you know. But the PA didn't want an indictment. Heck, he headed an organization which did a fund raiser for Wilson.

The evidence and the testimonies have been released to the public. So, yeah PBS has seen it. I have read parts of it. Have you? It is online, you know.

It is clear the officer acted in self-defense. There is simply no question about it.

There is a lot of question about that.

Michael Brown "reached" into the patrol car -- just as Wilson stated.

That isn't clear either. Even if it were true, he didn't have to chase Brown down and shoot him.

It was Wilson's responsibility to defend himself and his weapon. He was attacked as the evidence clearly showed.

Again, the evidence does not clearly show it. If he was punched twice in the face so hard that he feared the third would kill him, why didn't he show damage? According to the hospital, he had slight swelling to his face. You'd expect a lot more than that if he was attacked as he claimed. But, ok. There was powder residue on Brown's thumb, and just his thumb, which likely indicated he was shot at close range. But then he tried to run off. That is beyond dispute. Wilson got out of his vehicle and started to shoot at Brown. That is beyond dispute. Brown stopped running and turned around. All but two of the witnesses who were asked, said that Brown had his hands up. Despite that, Wilson continued firing.

This does not match up with Wilson's claims at all.
