1) Foreigners, looking for a "safe" place to park money
2) There are trillions sitting in cash on the sidelines, even after this move
3) Hedgies, looking to try to match the market, after being short or hedged, and massively underperforming the market

Oh, and you can add to my list "not me" ;-) Cuz I've been loaded to the hilt for the past 3 to 5 years, and have been slowly scaling out of positions over the past year, the only thing I've bought is a few calls, and a few thousand shares of TNA on this last pullback
