Ali, Idont understand your confusion. When you, as a consumer, buy a product, you are not agreeing to anyhting and the merchant is not asking you to agree to anything except ot pay his price, get the fu#$*ing thing out of there and do what you want.

The same is not true between the manufacturer and the merchant. They have an agreement. The agreement specifies the actions and commitments of each party. Both parties have to act persuant to that agreement or the agreement can be terminated.

As an example youa re a dealer of Ford Auto. You agree to sell the car as it is supplied by the manufacturer. You cannot take the engine out of the car, put in someone elses engine and sell it to the customer. Ford loses its namebrand value if suddenly every ford car is different.
