You notice Dave says NOTHING about that! That is because he can't pontificate, obfuscate and try to spin that everyone else just doesn't understand how things work... It is hard to make up a framework where that can be viewed as the way it should be. You mean its not indisputable that the prosecutor McCulloch isn't of the highest moral authority. I will be surprised if Dave doesn't spin this in some way to make McCulloch look like a saint. After all, he's white.
