Kim Do you have any indication as to the lenght of time it will take for the new labs to learn the Johnson Lett method and be willing to certify the results?

i do not fully understand the time frame of the naxos agreement with johnson-lett. what happens if naxos does not pay johnson-lett us250,000 plus 2 million shares within in the first 90 days of the agreement? do they still have 210 days to obtain exclusive rights?
