Not really. There is no real evidence it leads to aggression. While there are some indicators it might in some individuals, it is far from conclusive. In addition, while use of marijuana has increased greatly over the past few decades, there has not been a rise in violent crime. Just the opposite. Coincidence or....?

Besides, the mere presence of THC in someone's bloodstream, like Brown's, does not mean he was intoxicated at the time. The autopsy report does not indicate if the THC was the active form or the inactive, metabolized form. So he may not have even been high.

Concluding that just because Brown had some THC in his bloodstream that Wilson's recount is bolstered is utter nonsense. Even you have to admit that.
