I guess Japan has been listening to the pundits. I wonder if the powers to be, in Japan, are watching CNBC before making up their minds about a stimulus package. Or, perhaps, they have been reading Chirodoc's recommendations here on SI?!

Nikkei was up about 5%, and closed at noon recess at about 3% up.
