Absolutely NOT a conflict. Remember, he did not conduct the grand jury hearing. You could hardly suggest that a prosecutor recuse HIS ENTIRE STAFF from presenting a case to the grand jury. Even if there were a conflict (and there isn't) the fact that his staff presented the case would isolate it.

BTW, here's an excellent article on the bogus claims in the liberal blogs about the Williams case. Same basic point as I was making but with excellent legal analysis to go with it.
