I am a physician but am taking a course on demographic trends as part of a clinical managers program. It is clear over the long term(5-10) that several trends will develop. Food and water shortage will be evident by the year 2008 in some areas of the world (hence POT and USF) The aging population will be a major market thus the drug companies will do well but look at Counsel(CXS-T or CXSFF). I think in General Canada will do very well over the next ten+ years (AL,N,CP) I am biased as I am Canadian but as a yank there are great buys now with the $ at 71 cents
