Sorry Ruby but I can't. I said I was guessing several times in my post. That was my speculation on what the VCC might do. That is what I would do if I were in charge but there is no telling what their motives truly are. As for the product and company see post

As for Cann11, you said they want the product for themselves. Since they probably have a lot of shares already why don't they pick up all these cheap shares and gain control of the company that way? Maybe that would require them to spend too much money that they don't have? I don't know for sure but my guess is they want to get out and not to gain control. There was also a statement suggesting that if they want to get out they can just sell their shares to somebody. Maybe they can't because it is in escrow or something like that. This is all guess work by me but I don't see how a law suit like this is positive for the company IMHO.
