Hi Bobby. Latest headline: "U.S. Rubin Declines Further IMF Funding," saying that IMF resources are currently sufficient. Rubin made the statement while posing for photographs with Theo Weigel in Germany.

No surprise here. Who in the world today can afford to be a lender?

And on the Nikkei front: market up 3.2% after an earlier decline. What gives?

And on the Gold front: up $3.90.

but IMO, Hashimoto said something beyond tax-cut that should reverse Yen/Dollar and make William Jepsen, and by proxy all of us happy, if only temporary...
