No. I believe what the chief of police said or didn't say during a news conference has nothing, whatsoever, to do with Wilson's guilt or innocence, and nothing to do with whether or not probable causes exists to indict him. >> And do you truly believe that they record 911 calls, but are unable to keep track of the radio traffic from the station? Despite the value in court cases? No. But as I clearly stated I do not know what kinds of logs they do have. It is a very small police department and probably lacks funding for expensive equipment. I know the police force in the town I live in is about the same size, and they are constantly in a money crunch. So, I just don't know. I doubt if you do, either. Still, it is not really important as I previously pointed out. The reason for the stop has been made clear through Wilson's testimony and no one really disputes it: These two idiots were walking down the middle of a busy street and traffic was being adversely affected as a result of it. When it was suggested they move to the sidewalk, the officer was met with cursing, which would instantly have created additional suspicion and tension. It was only after the initial encounter that Wilson realized he might be dealing with the suspects in the robbery. There doesn't appear to be the slightest conflict in the timeline of the radio traffic. So, explain to me how what the chief said has anything to do with the events? This is just being ridiculously desperate to find SOME rationale for a complaint against Wilson. So desperate that you're blaming Wilson for things that don't even remotely involve Wilson.
