The ISSUE..........what happens when an inept cop is confronted with a situation that scares him? Nothing inept about the way this cop did his job. He fired at Brown 12 times. It doesn't take 12 shots to stop a human. Do you think that's what they are taught in police academy. The dude was scared shitless. But there is everything wrong with the way the media and the politically correct establishment went about bringing "justice" for Michael Brown. Justice? There is no justice for Brown, Trayvon Martin and the 12 year old killed in Cleveland. They are DEAD.
