Encana Corporation (ECA) - Another add to ECA

Gave up on my BP position after holding a year. I sold last week before the OPEC "non-news". I learned that the BP Solar division which was shut down two year ago has a class action suit against it and Home Depot for Home Solar installations that are not working. For me, that was the last straw. The class action suit is only $50Mln - $100Mln and HD will share in the liability but I think my three larger integrated oil companies: CVX, XOM & COP continue to be good value holds.

The McDep report recently reviewed ECA. As a result I started a position w/ buys today and last week.

Encana (ECA) Suttles’ Stamp

I also added to my SFY position today as well as some MHRpC. I also added to several of my MLP's including:
SXE- thinly traded 10.5% yield excellent footprint in Eagle Ford Midstream NG gather
JPEP - IPO'd in Oct @ $20.00/share. At $13.50 no yielding almost 10%
GSJK (now CCLP) - IPO'd in Sept at $25.00/share, a bargain below $20.00/share
OKS - ONEOK: A Pair Of Dividend Growth Midstreams Now On Sale

I sold out of a few losing positions:
ERF
ENZY

Booked some gains in others:
BP
CCGpA
MEP

With price destruction comes great buying opportunities. I just hope I selected the right value stocks and closed out the non-performers.
