Have you seen a canceling of shale drilling in Eagle Ford or other shale plays. There seems to be several views on whether shale cost per barrel can be impacted by current pricing. After land acquisition costs are made (I'm assuming these are fixed and committed already) - what is the incremental cost to horizontal drill and frac to complete a well?? Seems to me there may be a need for legislation that supports the viability of our domestic oil independence?? It has certainly provided some extra after tax money in the consumers pocket.
