You keep pretending that the grand jury was unanimous in its decision. It isn't known if it was or not. All we know is that at least 4 members decided to no-bill Wilson, since they needed 9 of the 12 members to indict. That is it. It might have been the case it was unanimous. But we don't know that it was.
