No it wasn't conclusively proven. Yes, the physical evidence is consistent with that. But it is also consistent with other scenarios. As to the eye witnesses, their testimony was all over the place on that issue. When they were asked. You keep pretending that the grand jury was unanimous in its decision. It isn't known if it was or not. All we know is that at least 4 members decided to no-bill Wilson, since they needed 9 of the 12 members to indict. That is it. It might have been the case it was unanimous. But we don't know that it was.
