Inode, because the left, especially those in the media, insist on trying Officer Brown in the court of public opinion, the video makes a huge difference.

If this were an unpublicized incident of a police officer shooting an aggressive suspect, then yeah, that video would not have made a difference if due process was applied.

But this case has become highly politicized, mainly by the left (despite CJ making dumbass claims about knee-jerk reactions from the right).

Therefore, it's important to diffuse the left's shenanigans with the facts and expose their agenda for what it is. This case proves beyond a doubt that the left will say anything and do anything in order to push their racial agenda.

The video establishes Strong Armed Robbery quite clearly. Had there been no employee/owner confronting Brown it would have been shoplifting. The confrontation and Brown's threatening and very physical behavior made it a robbery.

Well, the video establishes the shoplifting or whatever.
