This is beyond absurd.

Apparently, you think if there weren't "serious" injuries it somehow changes what happened. Do you ACTUALLY believe the officer should have to assess his own injuries before taking action?

>> Some of the eye witnesses have Wilson grabbing Brown by the shirt and pulling him towards the car. In that scenario, Brown could have had his hands on the door resisting. Wilson could have drawn his service weapon, firing as he raised it, and that would have matched the physical evidence too. May even be a better match.

I don't know which specific witnesses you're referring to; however, it is clear most witnesses agreed with Wilson's characterization. It is also a known fact that the rumor mill was working overtime in the several hours after the shooting, which was, as it turned out, when many of the "witnesses" developed their own personal accounts of what happened.

The reality is that most of the witnesses agreed on events, and the ones who didn't were making shit up or seeing what they wanted to see. You have commented yourself on the unreliability of eyewitness testimony, and the simple truth is that most agreed with Wilson's story, while the others were -- as you say -- "all over the place".

You're really working overtime here to try to see this thing the way you want it to be, regardless of which facts you have to ignore to do it.
