RIG - why RIG, why not a different driller? Are there any Deepwater Horizon lawsuits/claims hanging over RIG still?

I am looking at the numbers right now:

NE trading at 0.5 book, 0.75 d/e
ATW 0.8 book 0.75 d/e
PACD 0.5book 1 d/e
RIG 0.5 book, 0.75 d/e
DO 1 book 0.5 d/e
PGN .5 book 3 d/e
ESV 0.8book, 0.5 d/e
SDRL .9 book, 2 d/e

I hold PGN, but I think NE looks best out of this list.
