No, some black dude killed him, then burned his body. The relationship is this is the most recent murder of a young unarmed black guy in almost the same location as Michael Brown's killing. The burning of the body shows the murderer or murderers were running around with flammable liquid during a riot. Ergo they were rioters. And nobody cares. No one from the White House will attend his funeral, the Attorney General will not investigate his murder.
