Same outcome as if she actually posted "hate speech." Ah yes. This is known as a "false equivalence". The outcomes may have been the same. It doesn't mean they are the same thing., The classical example is "they are both soft and cuddly. Dogs and cats are the same". That's the world we live in today. No tolerance of other people's opinions. I am reminded of the time that Joycelyn Elders went to the UN... In 1994, she was invited to speak at a United Nations conference on AIDS. She was asked whether it would be appropriate to promote masturbation as a means of preventing young people from engaging in riskier forms of sexual activity, and she replied, "I think that it is part of human sexuality, and perhaps it should be taught." You wingnuts went ballistic. You would have thought she recommended they cut off those kids hands. So don't try to take the moral high ground on PC speech. The Right is the worse offender. I'm not surprised you would defend her ousting, by the way. I am not defending it. Just explaining it.
