Atwood and Noble are good outfits... I've worked with them on and off many times over the past 30 years... as an investor, though, they didn't pass my personal DGI screens when I switched to this style of investing 6-7 years ago or so -- that may have changed and I should probably look at them again... ESV still ranks #1 on my list of potential offshore driller additions to my DGI PFs... I am not familiar with PGN at all -- at first glance their fleet/equipment do not impress, but I have only glanced at them, I have not looked into any details at all, so I would not characterize my reply as negative or positive -- just ignorant.
