Well, the foreign markets are up big right now, and it looks like the DOW could have a strong day too. Will VVUS finally have an up day? How many days in a row have we gone down, I forget? I think now is a perfect time to buy more, too bad I am fresh out of cash!! Do most of you think adding to one's position is pretty safe? I mean, this has to go back up some time in the next year, doesn't it? Also, a comment about Viagra: Did I hear someone say that Viagra won't come out until the second half of next year? That could mean more sales to VVUS right? No competition? Do you think we could have a strong Q2, after all of the problems are over? Also, my last question, when is the exact date of earnings?

- Think you'll recoup all your losses on VVUS - but may have to wait for January's effect in January and not prior.

- Also, on the shorts - I see no indication that the short interest has shrunk. I base this on the fact that most shorts have gotten creamed over the last 10 years. And the real kings are the short busters. Shorts usually make out when their target goes belly up or does a convertible when the stock is under a $1.

-- This weekend's Barron's will have the short position as of 12/15/97. We'll know then.

Out.
