As of today, (12/18) I would like to think that whatever bad news is out there is now discounted into the price. I expected 36 when we went below 42. I don't even want to think about where we go if 36 doesn't hold, though I will say, if we see 30, I will be buying daily until it goes above.

Anyone know if the discount on Intel chips is discount of "current market" or discount on a schedule of the "then" prevailing prices?
