..and thus the Solid (D) south became the Solid (R) south it is today. The racists ran it then, and the racists run it now, just not with as much freedom of racism as before. The Republicans welcomed them and their racism with open arms.

Lincoln would have wept.

WoW….That sure taught me lesson. Looks to me like you’ve spread that crap a time or two.

"A consciously falsified or distorted interpretation of the past to serve partisan or ideological purposes in the present".
James McPherson

I say, and I'll say it again, you got a president who's nothing but a southern segregationist from the state of Texas. They'll lynch in Texas as quick as they'll lynch you in Mississippi. Only in Texas they lynch you with a Texas accent, in Mississippi they lynch you with a Mississippi accent.
Malcom X

The early 60’s was the turning point in our history………….eff that.

I wasted to much of my time researching to disclose the revisionist, white washing or how ‘bout about extreme makeover of the democrat party for the last 100 plus years.

To many blacks in this country fell for it hook line and sinker, democrats have given them years and years of dependency built on lies.

I had racist quotes from Democrats like Kennedy, Johnson, Al Gore Sr. bla bla bla bla bla the list is huge.

I had a list of "firsts" from the Republican party regarding black Americans.

Here we are, less than two years left on the nation’s first black president. It looks like race relations have gotten worse, not better.

But for you to make stupid comments like -
Y'all bought the racist. Now y'all have them. Returns are not accepted.
Just goes to show how wrongheaded you and your party has been for decades.
