and we ought to focus on corporate criminal prosecution. We have few choices. Case in point, the financial industry. They routinely engage in criminal behavior, get caught and pay a small fine . Rinse and repeat. These aren't small transgressions, they affect the entire global economy. Inevitably picking the pockets of everyone else and pocketing the results. Fines obviously don't work. Jail time, serious jail time might. Say in a place like Rikers. Or Angola. Not some country club facility where they can golf and get to go outside when they like. Heck, I'd be willing to lift my opposition to executions for them.
