Police should drive away when they see big black males walking down the street. No. They need to enforce the law even if the perpetrator is a big black male.

It's wonderful to resolve things peacefully, but when someone goes for your gun, it's pretty hard to do that.

He observed a big black dude walking dow the middle of the street with an attitude.

He gets paid to resolve those situations peacefully, nut shoot to kill.

He did his job poorly.

Perhaps he did his job poorly, but he did not shoot him for walking down the middle of the street, did he?

The die was cast by the answer and actions of M. Brown in the first 30 seconds of the encounter. I don't know what that answer was to "get out of the middle of the street", nor do I know what else was said, or the EXACT chain of events.

I do know that he was not shot in the back. He did not have his hands up surrendering. He was not shot for walking the yellow line.
